📧 Per-email note schema

Invert the normal mail client: every email is its own atomic markdown note. Frontmatter classifies, body is the message. Uniform key: "[[value]]" pairs — the frontmatter graph IS the database — so every note carries the same keys; no tier is special-cased.

Acceptance Criteria

One note per email carrying the frontmatter contract: message-id, thread-id, subject, from, to, cc, bcc, date, tier, direction, read, previous, next, arrival-note.
Body holds the message text.
cc/bcc are recorded as witnesses — never structural (they set neither home nor tier).

Dependencies

Milestone gate: M17-The-Spaceship (Hero editor + LHSB) must land first.
M21-I01-Compose-Popover (uniform substrate)
