⚖️ Home + tier rule — the other party always

Home (which bucket) and tier are always derived from the OTHER party, never hand-set. Self is recognised via [[NathanEckenrode]].email.

Acceptance Criteria

Inbound (someone → you) files under the From sender at the sender's tier; outbound (you → someone) files under the To recipient at the recipient's tier.
Multiple To → first To is home, at the highest tier among recipients.
Mailing list (List-Id) → its own Contact, always Red.
CC/BCC set neither home nor tier.
Tier is derived from the principal contact's tier: and re-derivable; "you" is recognised via [[NathanEckenrode]].email.
