Scattered per-email notes become a doubly-linked thread without a central index.

Acceptance Criteria

Thread detection via References:/In-Reply-To: (or threadId).
A thread-continuous numeric suffix (… 2.md, … 3.md) that never resets across day-buckets, giving every message a unique, stable wikilink target.
previous:/next: doubly-link the thread (empty previous: at head, empty next: at tail); appending a reply touches two notes.

Dependencies

Milestone gate: M17-The-Spaceship (Hero editor + LHSB) must land first.
