🧹 Safe wipe + re-import

Fastmail (JMAP) is the verified superset, so the wipe is recoverable by re-import and ~/Mail git history (75ef66a07) is the backstop.

Acceptance Criteria

~/Mail emptied of files and non-tier folders; the six empty tier dirs + .git + .gitignore kept; ~/Mail/Attachments/ created.
Re-imported from Fastmail (JMAP) into the new per-email layout.
Count reconciles against ~47,117 individual messages.

Dependencies

Milestone gate: M17-The-Spaceship (Hero editor + LHSB) must land first.
