Reply is an edit of the incoming note, not a separate compose window.

Acceptance Criteria

e on an incoming note adds an ```ad-warning / title: Reply block to write inside.
CMD+s + esc transmits as a reply, files by To, and chains via previous:/next:.

Dependencies

Milestone gate: M17-The-Spaceship (Hero editor + LHSB) must land first.
