📤 Send pipeline + send-as

The transmit path: markdown → MIME, embeds resolve to real attachments, and the send identity is decided by the structure (the arrival channel / the contact's tier).

Acceptance Criteria

  • Markdown body → MIME (html + plaintext).
  • ![[file.ext]] / bare ![[note]] resolve to real attachments in place (no picker, no drag-drop).
  • The sent message also lands in the server Sent folder.
  • Send-as mirrors the arrival channel (inbox@n8k99.com / ceo@eckenrodemuziekopname.com); me.com is receive-only and routes by tier (Green/Yellow/Black → inbox@n8k99.com, else → ceo@eckenrodemuziekopname.com).
