🚪 Stranger lifecycle — Red is the front door

Red is read, not ignored: historical list bulk plus the live triage of who's knocking.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Unknown sender → file under Red and auto-stub a Contact (tier: [[RedTier]]).
  • The stub graduates into a real Contact the moment you reply.
