🌍 Pre-supplied themes (QML import)

Translate the user's ~/.config/quickshell/theme.json palettes into the seeded
~/Settings/Themes.md (via the first-run seed scaffold): 19 realm themes named
by their capital (Arlinthar, Akalaya, Sidere, Sylvaera Glade, Narkoc,
Kindila, Nuron, Vun-Chil, Dhodh-La, Elilya, Linnergrim, Garic, Orlahas, Solarae,
Myranth, Nytesilaurt, Kaybur, Ghagril, Mount Kingspyre) plus dpn/dps/boss.
Carry core colors + GUI fields + metadata. The themes ship as data so they travel
with Bastion (laptop + Mac Studio).

Acceptance

First-run seed writes Themes.md with all 22 themes; realm titles are capitals,
not tinctures; each block has the checkbox + yaml fence; boss (or dpn) checked
by default. See M19-Theme-System.
