Compose a Daily Note event line — - 📅 title 🕐 time ⏱️ dur 🆔 <id> #tag —
matching the existing Schedule format, and write it into the event date's
## 📅 Schedule. Locally-created events get a Bastion-generated 🆔
(evt-bastion-…), distinct from JMAP-synced evt-jmap-… so the two never collide.

Acceptance

Compose produces the exact Schedule shape; write inserts into the event date's
## 📅 Schedule (creating it if absent); generated 🆔 is unique and prefixed
evt-bastion-. See M20-Events-And-Tasks.
