🪟 Task + Event popovers

Two popovers (ported from the QML applauncher new-task form): task —
description (required) / due / recurring / project; event — title / time /
duration / tag. ⏎ commits to the compose+write (M20-I01/I02), esc cancels.
Bare-tty drawable; DPN reactor-console aesthetic (square, accent-only).

Acceptance

Each popover opens with its fields, validates required (task description), ⏎
returns the field set, esc returns nothing; renders on a bare tty. See
M20-Events-And-Tasks · ref AppLauncher.qml new-task form.
