🚪 Entry points — editor triggers + Dragon Eye verbs

Two doors into each popover. In-editor triggers on the Hero TextHost
(M17): typing - [ ] opens the task popover, ::event opens the event popover.
Dragon Eye verbs (M13 command tier): new task and new event open the
same popovers. Same flow, two entries.

Acceptance

- [ ] / ::event in the editor open the respective popovers; new task /
new event in Dragon Eye open the same; both paths reach the identical
