☑️ Completion toggle (edit-x + viewer-click)

Mark a task done two ways, both writing - [x] (and back to - [ ]) in the
source: edit mode — typing the x natively; viewer mode — clicking the
rendered checkbox (M17 click + the M18 write-back machinery). On completion,
optionally mirror to ## 📋 Tasks Completed Today (follow-up, non-blocking).

Acceptance

Editing - [ ]→- [x] persists; clicking a rendered checkbox in viewer mode
flips the source and re-renders; round-trips both directions. See
M20-Events-And-Tasks · M17-The-Spaceship · M18-Marginalia.
