The Ctrl+M annotate flow matched the literal '## Insights & Learnings'; the
emoji-header template uses '## 💡 Insights & Learnings' (leading emoji), so it
silently failed. Match the heading regardless of emoji position/level, and end
the section at the next heading OR fence so the bullet stays inside Insights
instead of leaking into the Performance-Metrics block below.
