When daily note is on, append a self-contained linked callout to today's
## 💡 Insights & Learnings:

Source wikilink as the callout title, the quoted passage nested, the thought
below. This is the substrate Claudian reads across ticks — the common reading.

Acceptance

Committing with daily note on appends the linked callout to today's Daily Note
Insights section (creating the section if absent); the source wikilink resolves.
