Wire the verb: the marginalia key, when the focused host is a Tome
RegionHostwith a selection, opens the popover (M18-I04); on commit, fan out to the source
write-back (M18-I02, via the resolver M18-I01) and the Daily Note append
(M18-I03) per the toggles. The capstone that makes the reading session real.
